204 Check-In Instructions

Step 1. 

Marquee Uptown

Address: 2306 McCue Rd Unit 204 Houston Texas 77056 

Check-in starts at 4pm and after. Early check-in requires pre-authorization. Please inquire. 

Step 2.  

First you must enter the property through the walk-in before parking into your parking spot. The code is: 713  then push the gate open.

Step 3

 You will not hear a click after entering 713,  just push the gate door open.

Step 4

 Make the first left at the leasing office.

Step 4

Walk toward the stairs at the end of the walkway near the parking lot. 

Step 5

Walk up the stairs and the make a right. 

Step 6

Unit 204 will be the first door on your right. You should have also received a code for the front and back door 30 minutes before check-in.. Enter your  door code and then the "TEEHO" button. The door should unlock.. 

To lock the door when leaving, simply press and hold the "TEEHO" button until the door locks. 

Step 7

To park your vehicle, locate the gate opener that is located in the kitchen or living room coffee table. You will need to gate opener to Enter and to Exit the covered parking area. 

Step 8

PARKING: Walk out the front door and down the stairs.  Make a right to walk on the right side of the carport. You will locate your designated parking spot marked (204) right in front of apartment 109.  Additional parking is located in visitors right outside the gate.
