1. What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, depending on cleaning schedules and same-day reservations. Late check-out must be requested the day before check-out. Note: Late check-out is a subject to availability due to next guest has already requested an early check-in the same day you check out.
2. How do I access the Wi-Fi?
The Wi-Fi name and password are displayed on the wall in the living room area or can be found in your booking app under your reservation details.
3. Where do I park?
You will have a designated parking spot under the carport with your unit number. Visitors parking is located right outside the gate.
4. How should I dispose of trash?
Please place all trash in the designated bins or dumpsters located under the carport/parking lot area.
5. Is smoking allowed?
Marquee Uptown is a Non-Smoking community. Guests may smoke outside of the facility. Smoking in the home may result in a $250 fine or more.
6. Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed unless it was pre-authorized by HPLE before your stay. Pet fee will be applied to violators.
7. Pool Rule?
Pool hours are 8am-10pm. The pool is open 365 days a year. To open the pool gate, gently lift up the locking latch on the top of the gate door.
8. What should I do if I need assistance during my stay?
Our team is here for you! Message us directly through your Airbnb, VRBO, or booking app for the fastest response. For emergencies, our support line is available 24/7.
9. What should I do before checkout?
Before checking out, please:
Place used towels in the bathtub or laundry area.
Wash any used dishes or load the dishwasher.
Take out trash to the designated area.
Ensure all doors and windows are locked.
10. Can I host events or gatherings?
Parties or unregistered guests are not permitted. Small gatherings are welcome if they respect quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM) and community rules.
11. Who should I contact for lost items after checkout?
Please message our team as soon as possible. If found, we’ll gladly arrange to ship your items (shipping fees may apply).
12. How do I enter in and out of the community?
Parking lot: Use the gate opener located inside the unit to enter in and out of the parking area.
Pedestrian Gate: Dial 713 on the large keypad to enter the gate. Wave your hand over the red ring on the left side of the gate. The light will turn green and the gate will open
13. Where is the laundry room?
Laundry room is located on the south side of the leasing office.
The door code for the laundry room is: 5679. The washer and dryer are FREE for all guest and residents.
