3038 Check-In Instructions

Step 1. 

DO NOT GO TO THE LEASING OFFICE FOR ANY REASON. THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR STAY!

Option 1. (Most Used) 

Wait until someone drive into the garage and follow them in.  Proceed to Step 14

Option 2. 

Park your car outside the gate and retrieve the access phone from the apartment.  Proceed to step 2

Step 2.  

Leave your luggage in the car.  Once you get to the main entrance.  Locate the entrance next to the gym " located  where the red arrow is pointing. 

Step 3

 Locate the keypad on the right of the entrance next to a call box.

Step 4

Press 3214 # 

Please do not let anyone see you press this code. This is a confidental code and should be giving to anyone but your guest. 

When you hear a clicking sound, pull the door open.

Step 5

Walk past the stairs on the left to the doorway at the stairway. 

Step 6

Walk through the 1st floor "STAIR H" 

Step 7

Go to the elevator across the gym and push the "UP" button. 

Step 8

Go to the 2nd floor. 

Step 9

Get off on the 2nd floor. Make 2 right/ U-turn past the "radiant room" and "stairwell" A.

Step 10

Walk through the double doors. 

Step 11

Unit 3038 will be the second door on the right side of the hallway. 

Step 12

Retrieve the phone located on the kitchen counter.  The passcode to unlock the phone is 2020. 

Step 13

We have already added the most commonly used access points to the Favorites section of the app for your convenience, including the main gate which is the garage entrance, the sky bridge door, the gym, and the pool. The PDK app will allow you to access these areas throughout your stay without needing to enter any door codes. Simply tap the gate or door that is listed in favorites and it will open, remotely!  You may use the doorcode 3214# as backup. 

Step 14

Park in a space near the elevator on the 2nd floor

Step 15

Proceed to the sky bridge pedestrian gate door near Stairwell G2

Step 16

Press 3214 #

Make a right once inside and keep walking straight and unit 2020 will be on the left at the end of the hallway.
