123 Check-In Instructions

Step 1. 

Marquee Uptown

Address: 2306 McCue Rd Unit 123 Houston Texas 77056 

Check-in starts at 4pm and after. Early check-in requires pre-authorization. Please inquire. 

Step 2.  

First you must enter the property through the walk-in before parking into your parking spot. The code is: 713  then push the gate open.

Step 3

 You will not hear a click after entering 713,  just push the gate door open.

Step 4

 Make the first right at the leasing office.

Step 4

Next, make first left after the leasing office.

Step 6

Open and walk through the first door on your right.  122-123

Step 6

Unit 123 will be the first door on your right.

Step 7

Enter the door code that was sent to you 30 minutes before check-in. To lock the door when leaving, press the "Lock symbol".

Step 8

To park your vehicle, locate the gate opener that is located in the kitchen or living room coffee table. You will need to gate opener to Enter and to Exit the covered parking area. 

Step 9

Walk out the back door located in the kitchen to the parking lot and you will locate your designated parking spot marked (123). Additional parking is located in visitors right outside the gate.

Step 10

You should have also received a code for the back door. To lock this when leaving, hold down the TEEHO button until the door locks.
