1. What should I do if I need assistance during my stay?
If you need help at any point during your stay, please do not visit the leasing office—they are not affiliated with your reservation and will be unable to assist.
We are your dedicated housing managers, and our team is here to support you every step of the way. For the fastest service, message us directly through your Airbnb, VRBO, or booking app—we typically respond within 1–3 minutes.
For urgent matters, our 24/7 support line is available to ensure you're taken care of promptly and professionally.

2. What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, depending on cleaning schedules and same-day reservations.
Please request late check-out by the day before your departure.
Note: Late check-out is subject to availability and may not be possible if the next guest has requested an early check-in.

3. How do I access the Wi-Fi?
🔐 Wi-Fi access details are posted on the living room wall and can also be found in your booking app under the arrival guide.

4. How do I get to the Pool and Gym?

5. Where do I park?
You may park on the 5th and 6th floors.
If you prefer to park on the same floor as your unit, you must register your vehicle using the link provided in your check-in instructions.
🚫 Do not park in reserved spots at any time—unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

6. Is smoking allowed?
All HPLE properties are non-smoking indoors.
Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas. Please use ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
🚫 Do not leave smoking remnants inside the home or on balconies.
Smoking indoors may result in a $250 fine or more.

7. Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed unless pre-authorized by HPLE prior to your stay.
🐾 A pet fee will be applied to unauthorized pet stays.

8. What should I do before checkout?
You’ll receive a link to a checkout video around 7:00 PM the evening before departure.
Here’s a quick checklist to follow before leaving:

• Place used towels in the bathtub or laundry area

• Wash any used dishes or load the dishwasher

• Remove trash from all rooms and bathrooms and take it to the designated disposal area

• Conduct a walk-through to ensure no personal items are left behind

• Ensure all doors and windows are locked

9. Can I host events or gatherings?
Parties and unregistered guests are not permitted.
Please respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM and follow all community rules.

10. Who should I contact for lost items after checkout?
Message our team as soon as possible. If found, we’ll gladly arrange to ship your items.

11. How should I dispose of trash?

Valet trash service runs Sunday through Thursday.

• Place your trash bin outside your door between 6pm-8pm. Trashcan can must be taken in back in by 9am everyday.  

• 🔸 Limit: 2 bags per pickup

• 🔸 Important: All bags must be securely tied—untied bags will not be collected
  For off-days, use the trash chute located in the parking garage next to the elevator
