1. What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, depending on cleaning schedules and same-day reservations. Late check-out must be requested the day before check-out. Note: Late check-out is a subject to availability due to next guest has already requested an early check-in the same day you check out.

3. How do I get out of the gate if I am walking?

To exit the property on foot, use the pedestrian gate located to the left of the drive-through gate.

4. Where do I park?
You may park in the two-car garage, with 2 additional visitors spots directly unit E (first come first serve). DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS GARAGE! YOU WILL BE TOWED!
5. Is smoking allowed?
All HPLE properties are non-smoking indoors. Guests may smoke outside only in designated outdoor areas. Please use ashtrays and properly dispose of cigarette butts in trash. DO NOT LEAVE SMOKING REMNANTS IN THE HOME OR ON BALCONYS. Smoking in the home may result in a $250 fine or more.
6. Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed unless it was pre-authorized by HPLE before your stay. Pet fee will be applied to violators.
7. What should I do if I need assistance during my stay?
Our team is here for you! Message us directly through your Airbnb, VRBO, or booking app for the fastest response. For emergencies, our support line is available 24/7.
8. What should I do before checkout?
You will receive a link to a check-out video around 7pm the day before you check-out. Below are the simple things we ask you to do before you leave:
Place used towels in the bathtub or laundry area.
Wash any used dishes or load the dishwasher.
Pick up all your trash out of the rooms and bathrooms and take out trash to the designated area.
Conduct a walk-through to ensure you have not left any personal items
Ensure all doors to the outside and windows are locked before you leave the home
9. Can I host events or gatherings?
Parties or unregistered guests are not permitted. Small gatherings are welcome if they respect quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM) and community rules.
10. Who should I contact for lost items after checkout?
Please message our team as soon as possible. If found, we’ll gladly arrange to ship your items (shipping fees may apply).
11. How should I dispose of trash?
Please place all trash in the designated bins or dumpsters located next to the garage or as mentioned in your welcome instructions
