Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs  during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. - **Anonymous**: "The good- it had the space we needed for our group.  It was close to the venue where we attended a wedding.  The host was very responsive.  

The bad- the gate code wouldn’t work when we arrived.  A dining room chair was broke. No bulb in kitchen light.   Handle came off the balcony door when we tried to open it. There weren’t very many towels/wash clothes.   The kitchen amenities basically are non existent aside from plates, cups and silverware.  Check in wasn’t until 5pm.  Couches were pretty worn/stained


There were so many rules and expectations which is fine, but I would expect a much better experience with better maintenance and amenities." (6/5)

My one gripe is that the residence is next to Club Onyx—a very loud strip club (or some kind of club)—that plays music late into the night, sometimes until 5am. The bass can be felt throughout the house. It draws an interesting crowd, and you can hear people outside and cars revving their engines late at night. Just something to be aware of. I’m not sure if it’s like this during the week, but otherwise, the house and hosts were both great." (8/5)

The place was very clean and nice. Check-in was a little confusing since there were a lot of codes and a lot of instructions for the place. In order to open/close the garage, you would need to enter and leave through the front door, since no garage code was provided. One of the trash days was a Tuesday so we put out our trash on Monday night, but for some reason, our trash was still outside the next day. It should be noted that these are TWO separate places. I for some reason thought it was one big place, since pictures of both places were together in the listing. My family and I overall enjoyed our stay very much!!" (10/5)
